Delivered as a SaaS solution, Acceldata is trusted by leading global organizations such as HPE, HSBC, Visa, Freddie Mac, Manulife, Workday, Oracle, PubMatic, PhonePe (Walmart), Hershey’s, Dun & Bradstreet, and many more.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and technology-savvy HR Generalist to join our growing People team. Reporting to the VP of People, with a dotted-line relationship to the Global People Operations Leader, you will be the operational backbone of HR, supporting employees across North America and EMEA while helping build the people infrastructure required to scale.

What You'll Do-

Employee Experience & HR Operations

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters.
• Execute day-to-day People Operations processes, systems, and employee support activities for employees across North America and EMEA.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, documentation, and HRIS maintenance.
• Manage and maintain employee information across HRIS, PEO, compensation, performance management, and other People systems.
• Own employee onboarding and offboarding programs, ensuring seamless employee transitions and a high-touch employee experience.
• Partner closely with Payroll, IT, Finance, and other G&A teams.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience.

HR Compliance & Employment Law

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across the U.S.
• Support immigration-related processes, including visa sponsorships, H-1B programs, and international relocations.
• Assist in managing compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and EMEA regions.
• Partner with legal counsel as appropriate.

Benefits Administration

• Administer employee benefits, enrollments, life events, and annual open enrollment.
• Support wellness and leave programs.
• Audit benefit data and ensure payroll and vendor accuracy.

HR Systems, Data & Analytics

• Maintain accurate HR data across systems and ensure high data integrity.
• Create dashboards and reports on headcount, turnover, hiring, engagement, compliance, and workforce metrics.
• Analyze trends and recommend operational improvements.

Process Improvement & AI Enablement

• Design scalable HR processes that support rapid company growth.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to People processes, systems, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR work using AI and workflow automation tools.
• Partner with the Global People Operations Leader to evaluate and deploy AI-powered solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology platforms.

People Team Partnership

• Collaborate closely with the VP of People, Global People Operations Leader, and broader People team.
• Support recruiting coordination, performance reviews, compensation administration, and engagement initiatives.
• Partner with external legal counsel, immigration providers, brokers, and vendors.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
• Deep expertise in U.S. employment law, including California employment compliance requirements.
• Experience administering benefits, compensation, immigration, onboarding, and offboarding programs.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based employees in a high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in-office attendance at Campbell HQ three days per week.
• Flexibility to occasionally participate in evening meetings with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• International HR experience supporting employees in Canada, the U.K., and EMEA.
• Experience implementing AI-driven People Operations solutions.
• Experience working within or transitioning away from a PEO employment model.
• Experience supporting global mobility and international relocation programs.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification.

What Success Looks Like

• Deliver an excellent employee experience across all HR touchpoints.
• Support a growing workforce across North America and EMEA.
• Establish scalable HR processes and strong compliance practices.
• Develop workforce dashboards and reporting capabilities.
• Implement AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency and employee self-service.

The Ideal Candidate

You thrive in startup environments where no two days are the same. You're equally comfortable answering employee questions, administering benefits, analyzing workforce data, managing compliance, and designing AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency.

At Acceldata, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of job history, disability, gender identity, religion, race, color, caste, marital/parental status, veteran status, or any other special status. We stand against the discrimination of employees and individuals and are proud to be an equitable workplace that welcomes individuals from all walks of life if they fit the designated roles and responsibilities.

#LifeAtAcceldata is all about working with some of the best minds in the industry and experiencing a culture that values an ‘out-of-the-box’ mindset. If you want to push boundaries, learn continuously, and grow to be the best version of yourself, Acceldata is the place to be!

We also believe in providing our employees with the right tools and resources to help them excel at their job. We offer:

- Flexible PTO Plan

- Up to 100% employer-paid benefits for health, dental, and vision coverage for specific plans

- Discounts and offerings for major vendors through our PEO

- Apple Air Mac Equipment

- Becoming part of the team that coined the term “Data Observability”!

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
