\nRole Description This full-time, on-site K–8 Classroom Teacher role is based at BENEVOLENCE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY
\nThe teacher will design and deliver daily lessons aligned with grade-level standards and the school’s Christian educational mission, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, leading classroom instruction, assessing student progress, providing timely feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The teacher will establish a positive, structured classroom environment, communicate regularly with families and colleagues, and participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events. The role also involves integrating faith-based values into classroom activities in a respectful and age-appropriate manner.
