Job Description:

1. 7+ years of experience as a full time business analyst in a financial or software product environment; including 2 years in senior staff and/or leadership role
2. Mastery or significant expertise in a field relevant to financial systems (i.e. Enterprise Performance Management, Business Intelligence, Financial Accounting)
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including exposure to MS Project and Visio
4. Extensive experience of the full software development life cycle
5. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences
6. Excellent analytical skills – able to analyze and solve problems. Ability to accurately identify, document and recommend solutions to complex business problems.
7. Excellent research and information gathering skills.
8. Innovative – seeks out innovative solutions and champions continuous improvement.
9. Initiative – takes independent action and goes beyond what the job or situation requires.
10. Prioritization – ability to organize deliverables in order to accomplish multiple and changing priorities within specified timeframe.

Scope of Role:

1. Perform analysis and functional configuration of EBS modules esp. TCA (Community Architecture), OAP (Payables), CM (Cash Management) & Financials Accounting Hub (FAH)
2. Gather requirements and document business processes related to core TCA (Vendors), OAP (Banks, Cash Management, Payables) & FAH functions (accounting, reporting, month end close, journal adjustments, etc.)
3. Educate team members and other colleagues on TCA, OAP & FAH functionality
4. Develop and execute test plans
5. Document business processes and technical designs
6. Support System conversions, upgrades, enhancements
7. Lead and mentor junior team members

Required Skills (Soft & Technical):

1. Implementation experience with E-Business Suite (EBS) esp. TCA, OAP & FAH
2. Good Knowledge of E-Business Suite (EBS) core functionality in Release 12 (GL, AP, AR)
3. Knowledge of US GAAP or international accounting standards
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) project experience
6. Excellent analytical skills
7. Ability to work in a distributed team environment
