7+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.\nStrong expertise with Figma, including component libraries, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff.\nExperience designing complex enterprise applications, internal tools, operational systems, or workflow-heavy platforms.\nStrong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and design heuristics.\nAbility to work independently and translate high-level direction into executable designs.\nExperience collaborating directly with software development teams.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPortfolio demonstrating enterprise application design and end-to-end design ownership.
